Girls Youth Football at Northern United – Developing Our Future!

What a fantastic year it has been for Girls Youth Football at Northern United Sports Club

With another successful season behind us, we are already looking ahead to 2027 and beyond, continuing to build on the growth and development of our Youth Girls football programme.

Our focus remains on providing opportunities for youth girls to develop their football skills, build confidence, enjoy the game and progress through the various levels of football at Northern United.

As part of this commitment, we are excited to bring back our popular Youth Girls Academy Training & Skills Programme for Term 4, 2026.

Youth Girls Academy – Term 4, 2026

Open to U13 and U15 girls, our six-week programme is designed to support players of varying abilities, whether they are looking to develop their skills, improve their game understanding or prepare for the upcoming 2027 season.

Each session will include one hour of structured skills development, technical training and drills, followed by small-sided games to put those skills into practice.

Programme Details

  • Starts: Tuesday 3 November 2026

  • Duration: Six weeks, every Tuesday

  • Time: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

  • Venue: Korikori Park, Hamilton

  • Age Groups: U13 and U15 Girls

  • Cost: $80 per player for the full six-week programme

Building Our Girls Football Pathway

At Northern United, we are committed to growing Girls Football and providing a positive, supportive environment where players can develop at their own pace.

Our Academy sessions are an important part of this pathway, helping players build their technical ability, confidence, teamwork and understanding of the game.

Whether you are already playing competitive football or simply looking to improve and enjoy the game, we welcome you to be part of the programme.
